Refund & Return Policy

At DryFruitVille, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits and related products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
 
1. Return Eligibility
 
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
•The product delivered is damaged, defective, or spoiled
•You received the wrong product
•The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
 
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
 
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
•Opened or partially consumed products
•Products without original packaging
•Customized or gift-packed items
 
3. Refund Process
 
Once your return request is approved:
•Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
•The amount will be credited to your original payment method
•In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
 
4. Replacement Policy
 
We offer replacements for:
•Damaged products
•Incorrect items
 
Replacement orders will be shipped at no extra cost.
 
5. Cancellation Policy
•Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
•Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
